I've been extremely saddened by the US government's support of the killing of thousands of Palestinians, but a hunger strike by some C list actress isn't not going to change anything. Even if it was an A list actor, it wouldn't change anything. There's too much money at stake, and no one on the ground, including Arab states, cares very much about the fate of this long-oppressed people. |
