My breastfed three month old usually has green poop. I’ve tried block feeding and definitely am dealing with oversupply. He’s not fussy and is 15 lbs so gaining weight above average. Ped doesn’t seem concerned and just said to keep trying block feeding. Anyone else had this happen or found ways to regulate their supply better?

If he isn't distressed, is alert, and is gaining weight well, then you are looking for a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.
Green poop just indicates faster transit time in the intestine. If he is still getting all he needs from it, then it doesn't matter. |
My older DD had green poops when she got more foremilk. She also had reflux, though.
Block feeding is great, but I agree that green poop isn’t a problem. It’s fine, and it may never go away and that’s okay!
The only baby poop color to be worried about is white.
