| What are the steps for renting a room in my house? It’s an open area off the garage but inside the house. The tenant’s entrance is through the electronic garage door and then the door to the open space/landing. There is a private full bathroom. The tenant will have access to upper levels for kitchen and laundry room. However, I did install a door at the top of the steps to the first floor. Lastly, he/she will have the garage as I don’t have a car. |

| It’s a room to rent. It’s a private space because I don’t come through the garage or come down the stairs. Oh, there is a small window to the front yard. |
