All hype; no action

I Think the 2013 girls age group is really deep don't know as much about that age group of boys. Reasonable cost for training (10 guaranteed but looks like it will be more like 12) but uniforms are pretty spendy. Teams selected for tournaments and pay for each. Coaching is high quality but very fast paced. The kids need to understand drills quickly and most do because they tend to self select into this higher level (or their parents do). Their 2011 boys won the national championship last year.

I am also curious of their fees if anyone knows? They don’t appear posted on website or social media.

I wonder why some people write,

“All hype; no action“

Do they even have any experience with the organization? What is a non hype action futsal organization?

In10sity fields strong teams and based on my kid's experience playing against them, and attending their tryouts, they have very knowledgeable coaches.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think In10sity has traditionally been a Maryland-based team, and this year has expanded to include a second Maryland team ("North" and "South" which I suppose relates to the Maryland suburbs north/west of DC and the other Maryland suburbs south/east of DC) and to include a Virgina team (Springfield area).

I think they are a strong team, but there may be some "growing pains" this year with the addition of the second team in Maryland and the new team in VA.

For example, we were told at tryouts that practices for the VA team would be Sunday evening and "maybe" Friday evening as well. That was a bit concerning, since most games/tournaments will be on weekends, often involving travel, so it wasn't clear how that would work for practices---would there be weeks with no practices at all? Also, part of why we do futsal and other sports for our kids is to keep them active during the weekdays, so concentrating both games and practices all on the weekends wasn't a good fit for us.

I think that if they sort out a schedule (or add more coaches) so that they can offer a more "traditional" schedule, with a couple of practices during the weekdays and games on the weekend, they will attract more players.

At this point, their rosters may be full because they have always had a strong team. But it can't hurt to try reaching out to them.

Cost is about $400

It's $425 for the training sessions (10 to 12 total). The uniforms will be a bit less than $200. And if you are invited to play in tournaments, those are charged separately ($150 or so plus you have to get yourself there and pay for hotel if needed).

Fees about $450. Uniforms maybe $150-200.

I will not comment on the rest as I think you know what is meant by that.

I have nothing against them but ... wouldn't "Intensity" work just as well?
