Can anyone help me with this? I’ve had prepaid accounts since 2015 and I want to submit my claim with the state to get my 6% interest. Is there something specific/keep words that I need to put for the answer to this question on the claim: Please provide a concise statement of facts that sets forth the nature of your claim
Can I just state that I have had the account since 2015, it has not earned interest and I want my interest? |
