Will Bath and Body Works cancel my order?

Or will it stay in limbo forever? They’ve already charged my card. I’ve been on hold with customer service for a half hour now. The actual store can’t help.

Placed a pick up order. Somehow the app placed it to a completely different store. I ended up just purchasing at the store I thought ordered from, the one I went to. They told me the system “usually” automatically refunds the order after 96 hours, but also, they keep online orders on the pick up shelf for a long time around the holidays.

I don’t want to have to drive an hour to the other store to just return the order. Can anyone assure me it will automatically refund?

I would look for an email address for customer service rather than sit on hold that long.
Get everything in writing.
