Despite our best efforts, DD’s ear piercings are uneven. I am assuming the best way is to let the uneven hole close and then go to a tattoo parlor or “professional” place to have it re pierced?
Anyone BTDT? DD is convinced it will hurt a lot. |
How bad is it? Mine are sort of uneven - my right one is lower on the lobe. I just roll with it. I worry if you try to re pierce it will cause scarring or a bigger hole. |
I had a plastic surgeon close up the ‘bad’ hole and then the same plastic surgeon pierce it months later (to match the other side) after it fully healed. Strongly recommend you go the plastic surgeon route to assure minimal scarring and an excellent outcome. |
My lobes closed but it took years of not wearing earrings. |
How old is she? You might notice less as she grows. How bad is it? I wouldbe worried the first hole wouldn't cl9se properly and you'll end up with bigger issues if you try to repierce. |
Would anyone even notice?
I feel like most of us probably don’t have totally even piercings. |
Mine were done at Claire’s and are uneven. I haven’t thought about it in probably 20 years until I saw this post. Just let it go. |
