when will school start next year

I don't want to do research, but can some just tell me when kids are expected to start school in 2024-2025 year? August 19? August 26? or September 3? Probably it is too early to tell now, but which one is more likely? I want to start planning for summer vacation and summer camp.

they currently are seeking feedback for two possibilities, aug 26 or sept 3.

The board will be voting to finalize the dates on Tuesday Dec. 5th.

Very, very likely to be the earlier date, Aug 26.

You don’t want to do the research so that you can have time to research your vacation? Yup—this makes sense.

On the first survey, the results showed that 51% voted pre-Labor Day and 49% after. Then there was the 2nd survey that also included a post-Labor Day option. As much as I want it to start after Labor Day, I'm betting it won't.
