What kind of cookies do I make in a pan with shaped indents (snowflakes, holiday figures, etc.)? I have one kind of like the one pasted below. My kids have been asking to use it for years, and I’m clueless.

| You could use a madeleine recipe for that, or a gingerbread cake mix from the box perhaps. Those are both pretty stable and would do ok in a mold. |
