What to do with leftover green beans?

I have close to two lbs of leftover green beans. Any good ideas or recipes?

Roast them with EVOO. I dress them very simply with salt and a dash of lime.

1. Put in zip lock bag. Stick in fridge. Eat them over the next few days.
2. Put in zip lock bag. Squeeze all the air out. Make sure it is sealed well. Use sharpie to write on the bag: "Green beans left over from Thanksgiving Nov. 23, 2023". Put in freezer. Pull out of freezer in a few months to heat up to go with some other meal.

My kids eat them raw as snacks. My dog likes them too lol.

I put them in salads, or eat cold with balsamic vinaigrette

Raw or cooked?

My mother's tradition from many years ago was that the Friday after Thanksgiving, we had turkey pot pie. Green beans can be chopped into small bite-sized pieces and tossed into the turkey pot pie.

I'll be making that Friday night for my family.
