Help! Cropped jeans with short boots

I’m traveling for the holidays and realized I didn’t back my loafers that I planned to wear with a few outfits.

Can I wear short boots with cropped jeans? I’m pretty tall so there’s a significant gap of bare leg between the bottom of the jeans and the top of the boots.

Yeah it’s fine. I like some chunky sock showing and a little more volume on top (like a sweater or coat.

Crop bootcut is a difficult silhouette to pull off for me…. I’m 5’ 3. It sounds like you are decently tall since you said that there’s a bit of skin still showing between the boot and end of pants, so I say GO FOR IT!!! It actually sounds quite stylish.

Yes, I'd pair cropped jeans with the boots you linked, as they hit a bit higher on the calf. I wouldn't try this with short ankle boots.
