Proposing to start last week in August, end the middle of the third week in June which is 3 days later later than we usually end.

So glad next year will be our last in APS. My senior will have my permission to end early and/or skip as much of the last two weeks they can or want to. Third week of June is just ridiculous. |

Seriously???? How many Arlingtonians actually go out and vote in March? Any excuse to create another day off. Why do we even bother with a school calendar anymore? So concerned about chronic absenteeism....these calendars do nothing to encourage coming or to promote the priority people should place on education. |

There appears to be a revised 23-24 calendar at the end....last day is 6/12 for HS, 6/14 for others. |

If you mean two calendars for 2023-24, the second one is the revised one and, I presume, the one that the SB will vote on. It has a shorter winter break and an earlier spring break. |

The schools are polling places. That’s why the close on polling days. No one cares if you vote. |
