Don't!!!! You get dinged for submitting it to insurance even when it isn't your fault. You should be speaking to the insurance of the driver that hit you.
That said, USAA sucks. We left years ago. Car insurance is way, wya too expensive and their service is awful as you are experiencing. My insurance agent is Tony, he's a broker so can check a lot of rates and he's the one that gave me the advice to not contact my insurance when I'm not at fault. https://www.tigfin.com/ |
