| Can I bake these in the oven at the same time while my turkey rests? What temp? |
| Yes. Split the difference - 400. Mac n cheese will be done a little earlier than the recipe says, stuffing will take a little longer. Check every 5-10 minutes before/ after the recipe calls for. |
| Buy a Breville oven - stat! |
| We bake all sides in advance and then just warm after the turkey. |
This is what I would do, actually 425 sounds high for stuffing anyhow. There two items in oven at 400 would be fine. Even 375 would be fine, possibly leaving stuffing in longer and broiling the last few minutes if you want a crunchy top |
That’s sounds good, in theory, but I’ve found baked dished in ceramic/stoneware dishes that have been in the refrigerator take forever to warm up to hot in oven. Nearly as long as baking them in the first place. |
| We bake our mac and cheese at 425, so it probably won't get ruined unless it's very dry. Put foil on so it doesn't dry out and check it between 20-30 min. |

Easy. Take the mac and cheese, and place it gently in the trash.
Focus all the attention on stuffing. |

NP here -- how long does your turkey rest?
We bought mashed potatoes, stuffing, and I am making corn pudding -- turkey is supposed to be at 325, and the sides at 350 (sides for 60 minutes each) |
How does it feel to be so deeply, deeply wrong? I'm curious. |
Blasphemy |
| Reheat mac and cheese in the crockpot |
Turkey should rest at least 20 minutes, but as long as it is covered loosely it will do fine longer. We start the dressing in the oven with the turkey, wrapped into sausage shapes so the fit in the oven. Other sides take about 30 to 40 minutes. Turkey has still been warm every year. |
Thank you! |
