HSG first time around helped us conceive -will I need it again?

DH and I tried for almost 1 year with our first child and the month after I had an HSG we conceived. We will never know whether it was just our time or if the success was due to the "clean out" of the HSG. I know these things are difficult to predict but I was hoping to get some insight into others experiences. DS is about to turn 2 soon so we are getting ready to begin trying.

I thought the same thing. We got pregnant with DS#1 the month after the HSG, so I was convinced I would need to get another one to get pregnant a second time. Not so- we got pregnant naturally on the third month of trying the second time around, with no repeat HSG. So who knows?
