| I think museum attendance correlates more with the weather. If the weather is nice, crowd is less. On a rainy, cold holiday weekend you can bet on large crowds. That said, some museums never get the MONH level of crowds, think Sackler, Native American, Portrait... |

FALSE. Thursday will be amazing, light crowds and you can breeze in anywhere you want. Friday is the busiest day of the year in the Smithsonian. Sat/Sun close behind. People are SICK of their families by then  .

On holidays, you are not correct. They are insanely busy Thanksgiving weekend and between Christmas and New Years no matter wat. |

| I work at a museum. If open thanksgiving, crowds will be light. But Friday is a HUGE day, saturday as well. |
