Replacement car keys and remote

This seems like a dumb adulting question that I should know the answer to but how do you another car key and the remote? Do you go to the manufacturer (Honda)? Or do locksmiths do them? Or car repair stores?

My partner lost the spare key and we’d really like another set.

Keys often include a chip. But many hardware stores have those keys. I got one recently for our car. Also the fob can be bought on Amazon and programmed by you. There are instructions or videos on how to do that.

Locksmith if you want it done right. Expect to pay $300ish.
