Hi, we are thinking about putting in an outdoor kitchen. Any thoughts or tips on getting equiptment 2nd hand or discounted new appliances?

| Outdoor kitchens seem like the sort of thing you do when you can't figure out how to spend money fast enough. I'm in California, where plenty of people have them and enjoy them year round, but every choice is more expensive than the indoor equivalent. |
