She looks so different from when she was dating the other taylor from twilight. No more squinty eyes tiny snub nose or flat boots and small boobs. I'm wondering if these surgeries helped her become more famous.

I think it’s obvious she’s had her boobs done. Also, definitely eyelid surgery and a
Nose job. More refined.

The only thing I think she has had done is butt enhancement. I identify with TS and her flat white woman butt.

She also gained some weight and has talked about how unhealthy she was in her attempts to stay skinny when she was younger.

She clearly had a nose job and a boob job but both were relatively subtle - otherwise I don't see any major changes.

Lol, no. At minimum she got a breast augmentation and upper bleph. Also veneers. I suspect that she also got a very subtle rhinoplasty and lower bleph too.

She is definitely like 20 pounds heavier (she was SO thin before), and that's why she has boobs and a butt now. I think she looks fantastic -- I'm someone who is also honestly probably underweight and seeing her makes me want to gain a bit of weight.

Totally agree about boob job, nose job, and eye surgery - her eyes used to be hooded, they look more "awake" now.

She’s not a twiggy, flat butted teenager anymore. She’s an adult woman in amazing physical condition. No idea about her face. She’s aged, obviously, and looks around 30 or so but she still looks a bit funny and squinty/scrunched up.
