what sales are you waiting for on Black Friday?

I have a bunch of things I want at Anthropologie/Terrain including some Christmas decor (a faux cedar garland, tree candles).
I love Jcrew's cashmere sweaters and hope they're included in their site-wide percentage-off sale (but they're generally not). Fingers crossed.
My girls love Free People so I have a few things I want there. They generally also have a percentage off site-wide.
Nike always has a percentage off so I'll get my teen son more sweatpants as his current pairs are all mid ankle.

I feel like I have about 5 online carts of things ready to go.

Is Black Friday still really a thing? It seems like it all started a month ago and prices may go down more. It is not like when you went to the store and they were excited to have you there to purchase other things.

Yeah and in some classes the prior sales were better than what they have for Black Friday! Nisolo had 35% off last week and I was eyeing some boots but hadn’t gotten around to buying yet. Now they’ve switched over to the “Black Friday” sale and the boots I wanted are barely on sale. Who knew prices would go up for Black Friday?

I did just order my teens some stuff on express — that sale started already. And I got myself some insulated fur lined shoes for walking the dog from landsend — also a big sale already. (Their cashmere is included in the sale for those looking for cashmere.)

Am looking for some nicer hoodies for my son and expensive Nikes for my daughter—they were 20% off last weekend but wondering if that will get better.

Was also hoping for a sale at holotaco on the holographic nail polish but I think it’s already posted and not a huge discount. Will order some for stocking stuffers.

I’m feeling really uninspired by the clothing options. Lots of blah colors.

I’d also refresh my wicked good slippers if those go on sale but I’m sure they won’t.

You all may want to check the sites for the things you want now. It seems like most companies already started their 30% or 40% off “Black Friday” sales. So by the midnight on 11/24 or when things are at 50% off, there will be limited supply or it’ll be item made specifically to sell for black Friday and get you in the door/website, so may not be the best quality.

All the sales are pretty much up now, I wouldn't wait until Friday.

I only bought a few things that were already in my cart. Happy to get an extra 25-40% off stuff I was going to buy anyway!
