Hopefully you are very rich. Bilingual workers can make a lot more doing almost anything other than working in a nursing home for $16 an hour

Are you just trying to start a general list, or do you really have a relative that speaks those 3 languages fluently? It's an unusual combination.

In general this is an impossible ask. These communities are at a point where you might be able to get one off the ground, but they don't have preexisting infrastructure

Not a nursing home, but Loving Care in Gaithersburg seems to be a great program. I believe there are a lot of Irani/Persian participants, but it's open to all. It was the one place that felt comfortable/familiar for my family member.

There are some Indian ones in NJ where they speak Hindi and Gujarati.
