Private room/area in bar or restaurant for happy hour - Rockville/Gaithersburg

We have a small business and want to host a casual holiday happy hour with drinks and appetizers for staff and clients in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area. Anticipating 20 people at the most, so hoping we can just order off the menu and maybe give a deposit that applies to the total. Looked at Clydes Tower Oaks but the private room on their website was way too big. Any suggestions appreciated.
