Thanks. I am compound hetero MTHFR but don't think many people prescribe lovenox for this. I have heard of doctors prescribing it empirically after 2 or more losses and I want to take it when I get pg again.

I am heterozygous MTFHR and went on Lovenox after testing after an abruption (and loss) at 24 weeks. Next baby born at 34weeks (PTL). Currently 32 weeks. MFM agreed that it was an aggressive approach, but I can't argue with the results.

Well, good to hear, I have two options in the case I don't get my Re or perinatologist to prescribe.
