How far in advance can I buy pie?

| This will be for Costco’s apple and pumpkin pie. I have to hand them over on the morning of Wednesday before Thanksgiving for the daycare celebration. Can I buy them on Sunday or Monday? I’m really not looking forward to the hordes. 😄 |
