Do I owe my friend & her bf a ty?

Anonymous
My gf and her new bf invited me on an all expense paid weekend which included a private jet, shows and my own room at 5 star hotel. The reason I was invited is because they needed a “cover”. My gf is married

I’m thinking I don’t need to be gushing and thanking anybody, right?

You need to thank them. They could have invited someone else.

Wouldn't thank them.

Thank them since you took them up on the offer. Which I don’t think I could have done under the circumstances unless her husband was abusive.

Hmmm well I’m one of her few friends who knows . The other friends have small kids and couldn’t get away.

Why did you accept?

Aiding and abetting adultery is so kind of you.

Why on earth would you have helped them with this?

You’re all gross.

It would be appropriate to thank them for taking you on an extravagant trip.

If you don't feel comfortable participating in their lies, pay for your own vacation with someone else.

You committed a crime

Yes and you can sign off your thank card as an enabler.

Yes. Thank her for so easily helping you find the price for your morals.

Why don't you just admit you were there for a threesome? It's not going to make anyone here think any less of you.

Friend could be married to another woman, right?

OP, thank them for what they did for you. In turn, they can thank you for what you did for them. Your conscience is your own matter.
