I don’t see how Gaza being a hellhole serves Israel . They killed 1400. Israel has killed more than 10 times that.

Israel knows the war in Gaza won’t end Hamas. The leaders of Hamas with wealth do not live in Gaza . They live in Qatar. A secret espionage or diplomatic exchange with Qatar for Hamas in exchange for something they really want wouldn’t be that hard but this would take brains and vision Israeli leadership hasn’t had in decades . Netanyahu doesn’t think this way

Israel lost me this morning when they bombed World Central Kitchens. Netanyahu needs to go! Additionally, the ultra orthodox need to serve because they’re pushing an agenda they won’t fight for and they’re part of the problem. Hamas is garbage but Netanyahu isn’t much better.

When Ben-Gurion granted the ultra-orthodox their exemption from Israeli military service, there were only 400 of them. It was a tiny, totally insignificant sliver of the population. But like elsewhere in the world, it's always the poorly educated and socially regressive people that have the most children. And in Israel that's the ultra orthodox. They are now a significant part of Israel's population, much to the detriment of peace and civility in the region. It's non-working, parasitic ultra orthodox who are colonizing the West Bank and agitating for the destruction of Gaza. And yet they don't serve in the military or work or pay taxes or contribute to society in any way. It's baffling why mainstream Israel gives the ultra orthodox so much power. They are literally destroying Israel's long term security.

I don't understand why the U.S. allows itself to be pushed around by the piss ant that is Israel. To be against U.S. support of Israel does not mean pro-Hamas. Biden needs to make it clear to Israel that the U.S. will not continue to support and defend. Enough. And no more supplying them arms.

Biden talks outta both sides of his mouth, he pay lip service to appease progressives and then turns around and sends arms to Israel. Biden can go along with Netanyahu, he has proven that he is nothing but a two bit politician.

I cried when i read about the World Central Kitchen murders last night. The video of Zomi breaks my heart.

Haaretz is reporting that the World Central Kitchen convoy was struck three times.

After the first vehicle was struck, the victims were transferred to the other two cars and notified the Israeli military. Then another missile struck. They were transferring victims to the third car when it too was attacked leaving no survivors.

Apparently IDF was trying to kill an armed man who was at the warehouse and thought he was in the convoy. So they just viewed these aid workers as human shields and collateral damage to get after the supposed bad guy.

I wonder how long before it turns out that they (or their driver) were members of Hamas. Just like the other “journalists,” UNWRA, and others who ended up dying.

But at the very least, this is exactly why Israel is limiting access to Gaza to these groups. An active war zone is no place for poorly trained wanna-be go-golfers to hang out.

Shooting at aid workers is not how you limit access.

I guess Shirin Abu Akleh was also Hamas, as were premature babies starved to death.

Aside from the obvious human rights violations (and, frankly, war crimes) committed by Israel, our continued support is harming us globally. It's time to cut military support to Israel.
