Anyone had this / find a medicine or supplement that helped? Need to go back to work soon and find a solution!

Is it related to a back issue?

Doesn’t seem to be. Back MRIs checked out fine. Seems more like a neurological type of fatigue.

I would take a look at a possible blood circulation issue, specifically vascular. Talk to your PC about it and I would do it sooner rather than later. If it is vascular that could be concerning - worst case scenario - blood clot for example

This.

It's very easy to get it checked at a vein center. Takes about 15 minutes.

Already did this! And tests were fine.

Any chance of Lyme? Some of my worst symptoms were in the extremities.

Also, what do you do for exercise? Are you able to exercise?

Very unlikely but muscle weakness is a symptom of mitochondrial disease. Usually it is one of several symptoms though.

Als?

Low iron and/or low vitamin D.

Weak as in tired? Or weak as in not able to do what you could before? Those are very different.

If it’s fatigue, anemia?

If it’s new-onset muscle weakness, I would visit a neurologist.

Then next I would check your iron levels. Also do you have restless legs at night? Last question - when you stand up too quickly do you get lightheaded?

More info needed, OP!

OP here. Had tons of symptoms over last two years. Perhaps related to a combination of mold exposure, post COVID, other?

Really stiff neck for year plus that’s finally resolved due to extremely healthy dieting. Legs just feel like they’re filled with concrete. Hard to even hold myself up most of the time. Makes walking extremely difficult.

Got spinal MRI, no issues. Doppler ultrasound of legs, no issues.

And the legs have more or less felt this way for about 10-12 months…
