| It looks like yesterday was LOI day for at least women's soccer, with some impressive signings for some of the clubs I follow on social media. Congratulations ladies. |
DMV representing nicely in women's soccer. Some very talented players signed yesterday for sure. |
| Good for them. Some of the local girls teams have 15 to 20 signings? Even the non-starters on the these teams are finding a place to play. Just goes to show that there is a college for everyone if you want to play soccer in college if you are committed. |

My god, it's so different for girls than boys in college soccer.
Virtual crickets from the boys' side for the most part. |
Not if you have a p*nis.
|
1,000-2,000+ boys for every D3 spot to pay your own way at $85k/year. |
| I was blown away by how many of the girls were from private HS at our Club--only a few of the 15 from public HS. |
I think because most of the commits are to pricey private colleges. |
And a lot of the boys that will eventually commit, particularly for D3--commit Feb/March. It's a later timetable. |
| Out of curiosity- are these all ECNL level kids for clubs like Arlington and McLean or are kids from their other teams (Arl Red or McLean Green) signing at some places too? |
The Pay to play continues at college too. |
ECNL and FCV. That’s it. And it’s all girls. |
There are a fewl from ECNL-RL teams but the majority are ECNL/GA |
Boys' recruiting is just now starting. The timeline for boys is about a year later than girls. Girls' recruiting for class of 2025 will be just about done by June. Boys will start getting offers around June and will continue getting them through January 2025. |
Boys recruiting is still going for Seniors/2024. A lot of D3 schools and a few D1s will announce additional signings Feb/March. |
