I'll start - White Bean Chicken Tortilla Soup.

Some tips to speed it up:
- Boil chicken with no seasoning then shred with fork or food processor
- Add McCormicks Taco Seasoning - 1/2 TSP per 2-4 cups of water
- Boil white navy beans in separate water until soft
- Add toppings like shredded cheese and tortilla chips crushed

That sounds good!

My kids like black bean/kidney bean chili with ground beef or Turkey. I add a lot of onions and some tomato sauce, warming spices like turmeric and cumin.
