The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Enforcement Response Policy requires MCPS to conduct re-inspections of all friable and non-friable asbestos every three years, and must provide annual notification of the management plan to parents, teachers, and employee organizations. All notices must be made Public.
