Decent Private Room for a Work Party?

I am planning a retirement party for maybe 30 (?) people. Don’t want to spend a ton. Perhaps finger food and beer/wine in the hate afternoon/early evening.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a place near Bethesda? I don’t want a dive bar…but can’t afford too high end. Thank you for any and all suggestions.

You need a restaurant bar on a tab, not a private room that they’ll charge for. Go early and beat the happy hour crowd.
