Everyone I know who's there sold a large house in Cleveland Park when they moved. I hear positive reports, though I also hear it's way on the expensive side compared to places like Asbury or Collington. (See above.) Sorry I don't have specific figures.

The post -COVID (since 2020) reviews are not good on Google (other than physical plant).

The service/organization sounds like it is lacking I would be hesitant…
