Should I wait til FAFSA opens to start the CSS?

Some schools are relying on the CSS data to give packages until FAFSA becomes available. So if you are expecting any December admission results, no, I would definitely not wait for FAFSA to do CSS.
Check for deadlines on the college's financial aid website. |

| Some schools require the CSS to be completed by a specific deadline — I know we have a few Nov 15 CSS deadlines following Nov 1 application deadlines. |
