Rank these - west elm, pottery barn and crate and barrel

Looking to get new nursery furniture for kids and these 3 brands have children’s furniture lines. Which of these brands are considered the nicest? We didn’t get our regular furniture from them so we are not very familiar with each line.

1. Crate and barrel
2. Pottery barn
3. West elm (but it's the same company and PB)

They’re all going to sell you the same cheap stuff. Try Baby Eco Trends, elves and Angels, noninoni kids, Vaughan Bassett, or an Amish dealer.

I’ve seen the exact same furniture on pottery barn and wayfair. It’s all from the same places.

I ordered from pottery barn and got jerked around with their shipping delays and had to deal with their ridiculous cancellation/return procedures. Never again! Wayfair is cheaper, ships quickly and returns are easy. I’d also look at IKEA before the companies you listed.

I like Room and Board for made in the US and artisan quality. I don’t know of other brands that have great quality.

I haven't ordered baby furniture from any of them, but I have loved my Crate & Barrel furniture. I have a few PB pieces, and I like them, but not as much as the C&B.

Buy Amish. They now have modern lines and modern looks. It is real wood and well made.

All crap. Get real furniture, wood, dovetail, no veneers.

Not OP. DCUM is always calling me poor, lol.

You have to go look at it. We got a restoration hardware crib (but on sale) and realized it was made by Bassett and got an adult dresser to match so we'd have it when the kid got older. Don't buy baby furniture. They are only in the crib 2 years or so.

Ikea. Don't waste money on stuff they won't want in a few years.

Ikea is fine for regular furniture and had great decor items but their kids stuff is always recalled for being death traps

Some babies are really hard on cribs…gnawing on the wood etc. I would not do the forever furniture thing for that reason.
