I’ve done insanity, T-25 and MBF. My favorite is MBF. I really want to work on upper body and back strength to improve my posture. I’m a woman who looks fit, but I have a terrible time gaining strength and muscle. I’ve done the programs I listed above ans I’m in shape-ish but still lifting light weights and I don’t feel super strong. I can do 10 push-ups but that’s it, for example. What other programs will help me gain strength? |
