I recently finished Ten Things that Never Happened by Alexis Hall, and it was delightful. Funny, sweet, ridiculous, and really made me want more LGBTQ holiday fluff.

OP here. Forgot:
Season of Love Holiday Swap Both were fun! |
Thanks! |
| Reviving this thread (mostly because I want recs 😂) to say I’ve just bought Hither Page by Cat Sebastian which is set around Christmas and is a queer romance although not really a rom com — mid 20th century historical m/m with all the attendant PTSD. Based on the ebook sample, seems to be a murder mystery/spy structure so I’m loving it but might not be for all. |

The Lights on Knockbridge Lane by Roan Parrish but might not have a romcom feel you want. I don’t remember loving the book but I really liked some of the other books in the series. I remember the Halloween book as having more humorous moments.
You’re a mean one Matthew Prince looks more like a rom com from the cover, but I haven’t read it. |
+1 The more I watch it, the cuter it gets |
| Kiss Her Once For Me |
Did this get better? I quit after 20 pages because the main character was such an anxious mess. |
| OP here, I recently finished How to Excavate a Heart and didn't love it (plot was too heavy and the characters were meh). But if you're short on holiday romance between women, you might like it better than I did. |
| Doesn't qualify as a rom com but my next book is Dykette which takes place around the holidays and is supposed to be funny. I'll try to report back. |
| Any Irish movie. |
