What do you keep at work for easy lunches?

I need some ideas of what to keep at work for easy lunches. There is a cafe in my building but I’m sick of it and I don’t always want to pack a lunch.

I usually keep a couple of oatmeal cups, protein drinks, and some crackers and cheese for emergency lunches but I’d like to change it up and possibly even have something healthy.

I only go to the office once a weekend so I eat out each time. Either salad or soup.

I keep ProBars Meal Bars for emergencies. I usually take steel cut oatmeal with almond butter and toppings or turkey chili.
If I had access to a freezer and a microwave, I’d probably pick up a few frozen entrees from Trader Joe’s.

I do snack lunch most days.

Right now I have almond 100 calorie packs, PB crackers, cinnamon sugar pita chips, protein granola bars, and a ton of halloween candy in my office. I also have drinks (coffee, water, sparkling water, a soda or two). I try to bring fruit and string cheese or cheese and crackers most days. Sometimes I bring apples for the week.

I go into office once a week. I usually take Campbell's Chunky soup to microwave. Also take along Trader Joe’s trail mix crackers.

Frozen meals. We have a small fridge and freezer. I also like the Sargento cheese/crackers snack packs. Will have one of those with a banana or apple.

Tuna packets. Some days I’ll eat it with triscuits, or bring chopped celery and mix with mayonnaise. Protein granola bars, Fage greek yogurt, popcorn. Blueberry applesauce or strawberry applesauce. I also eat snack lunches. Sometimes I feel like I eat like a 5 year-old. But if it’s avrà money and calories, and time, it’s all worth it.

I hadn’t thought of tuna packets. I’m happy to snack for lunch but have been kind of burnt out on ideas.

I so want to eat stuff like that but they always seem super high in sodium. Have you found ones that are low sodium?

People in your office viciously hate you when you eat tuna there.

Bold of you to assume that I care.
