Virginia Virtual Spring Cohort - What's the schedule like?

If a student is able to take a Virginia Virtual Spring cohort class that is asynchronous - what's the schedule like for a 1 credit geometry course? Do they check in every day, is it feasible to do while enrolled in school full time? I've tried researching this on the VVA site, but I only get the start and end dates for spring cohort 2024, but not any idea of what the commitment is during the week. TIA
