If admitted to AAP in one school does it "transfer" to new school?

We are starting DC in first grade in a particular elementary school that we may need to switch from within a couple of years. If DC gets into AAP will DC be able to stay in if moved to a new school zone? Does it matter if the new school is a center?

If you're within FCPS and you're found eligible for AAP Level IV by the central committee - it follows the student for grades 3-8.
