Bearded men in food business

I run away from food businesses where the manager, chef, and other men in staff don’t cover their medium-long beards, or touch them while handling food. What about you?

What is the issue? Employees must wash their hands after using the bathroom. There are signs that make this clear.

Usually women are required to wear their hair pulled back/up and/or wear some sort of headcovering/hairnet.

I did, and better not tell you all I saw. Sometimes it had one of the cooks farting and putting toxic, cheap ingredients in a patè that was presented in the haute cuisine menu.

I think you are trolling us. Not saying it doesn't happen but your description of it too dramatic. Yes, I worked in kitchen for many years.
