FCPS compensatory services

My son was given compensatory service hours and we were informed we could use a private tutor. The school gave us a contact email and after months of trying to contact her I have received no response. The school cannot help us further other than just telling us that we will eventually get reimbursed
What are my other options or how best to elevate this in order to get reimbursed from FCPS? |
