How tall?
If she has got soft hands, height is always looked for in a setter.

If she's tall with soft hands, she can set from the back row and hit up front.

Left or right dominant?

If she has natural timing to block, she will play in the middle. Not many MS setters can really set a quick middle properly, so outside is also an option.
