Google Maps - 66 express lanes

Why hasn't Google Maps been able to adjust to the new 66 patterns past Vienna? It is beyond frustrating, and has caused me some problems (yes, I realize I shouldn't be so heavily reliant on them for directions). I've been wondering if there's some sort of help line I can email/call to let them know they need to make some adjustments to the new express lanes and interchanges...

Use Waze or Apple Maps. Google Maps also doesn't understand to use Dulles Access Road to go to the airport.

Sort of ironic as I pass a huge Google office building on the way to Dulles Airport. You’d think after years one of them would notice and submit an internal support ticket.

I stopped using google maps because it wanted me to pay the toll on the 66 express lanes, it would never give me the option to not pay the tolls, so I could never estimate how long it would take - is this the problem you're having??

These employees are probably not using Google Maps to drive to work.

Yes! This is what my car nav uses. It assumes I’m on the express lanes and it has different exits from regular 66.

Google Maps is terrible for NW DC. Does not register the "No Left Turn" signs during rush hour.

There's often a button to click to rate the route and then you can submit any problems once you arrive.
