I’m repurchasing my fave makeup remover and face wash. Also Hourglasses Mineral Veil. Trying a foundation from Haus Labs.

No, it’s their standard sale. Right now is the 20% all brands for certain members and 30% off Sephora brand. I think the 15% off all brands starts soon for the rest of the members.

I’ve been an avid online shopper of Sephora for 15 years. I haven’t experienced this before during the sale. Including during the time when they blocked overseas IP addresses that were spamming the site during sales to buy large quantities of items for resale.

Wonder what they’ve done previously for server capacity that isn’t happening now?

Anyone still having trouble?

The site won't let me click into any items to choose color, size etc. The only way I'm able to add things to my cart is to scroll through previous orders and us the "add to basket" button. That's great for reorders but I was hoping to try out some new products too

The site has been a mess since Friday,

I bought some Glow Recipe and Charlotte Tilbury since their Black Friday sales won’t be any better. I also got the Nars holiday cheek palette because the formula is lovely.

It’s 2023. They should be more than capable of increasing servers to support shopping. Since these first few days are limited to specific account holders, they know the capacity to expect.
