Is D.C. expected to host an international symposium next month?

I'm seeing a lot of sold out flights from the West Coast LAX etc to here.

There is always something going on, like the Society for Neuroscience has its Annual Meeting (it’s huge!) next month:
“Neuroscience 2023 will take place November 11-15 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. “

Hard to pinpoint without you giving dates. Thanksgiving? One of these events?

All I see is about a third of the business class seats available. Not sure how that equals “sold out”.

Also not sure what “next month” means.

Obviously holidays are coming up, which is a big time for travel.

More in the line of the Saudis are here next week and China's coming to the West Coast right after. I didn't know the holidays were a big time for meet-ups.

The Saudis tend to stay at the Fairmont in DC. They are known to preorder very expensive food, booze, and women. Their entourage takes up an entire floor.

Ask anyone in the industry.

+1 that flight isn’t anywhere close to sold out.

Every week. That flight isn’t sold out. The question is weird. Where do you live?
