Store for food party favors

I'm hosting a party for a milestone birthday and would like to get some small food gift item as party favors. Is there a good store in the area where I might find these? Thinking small tins of tea, or gourmet candy, or local honey, or some such.

I’d go to a local farmer’s market, find some jam/honey/chocolates/bread loaf/spices/whatever you want to give out, and ask the vendor if you can buy in your quantity.
