Eliminate gluten, dairy, sugar and caffeine and see if it gets better. Could be your bladder is irritated. |

get off the caffeine! (Coffee, tea, and probably tomato sauce)....the acidic stuff, even lemon wedge in water.
Also a weird one but true for me, mineral water. I have forgotten this over and over, and my bladder reminds me every time. |

If you leak a lot or are (face it) have stress or urge incontinence, pelvic floor muscle training works. It's done at a doctor's facility and isn't those Kegels. I was past that. PFMT works. |
