-College educated
-Available on weekends
-my budget is 500k max so if agent is looking for a 1 million + sale that won't be me

NP. That’s nonsense. I bought and sold homes with two female agents and one male. it was more buddy buddy with the male.

Matt Olin has been amazing to work with. He helped us buy and sell. The house wasn't expensive but he treated it and us like we were million dollar clients.

I worked with Mark Goedde years ago. Never bought a house with him (because we ended up moving elsewhere), but he was great even though, at the time, I didn't have a lot to spend. Not sure if he's still in the game, but if so, I recommend him.

If you’d consider a down to business woman who knows the business inside and out, and is honest consider Brenda Mejia of Compass Point. Just found me what I was looking for in the OP price range. One month from showing to closing exactly. No drama, no wasted time.
