Annapolis - walkable besides the tourist section?

Are there any great neighborhoods in Annapolis that are walkable but not the main tourist drag?

We’re contemplating relocation but I’m only familiar with tourist Annapolis. What neighborhoods should we check out that are more geared towards family life?

Budget will be flexible up to $2m.

I grew up in Annapolis, check out Murray Hill and Eastport. We lived in Murray Hill on Spa Creek and it was amazing, far enough out of downtown where it wasn't crazy, but close enough to the action to walk.
