Why are adult Halloween costumes all "sexy"?

Where I live, it is COLD on Halloween. Like there could be snow. So I always pick something that is warm or has layers.

I think OP is annoyed/confused as to why she is seeing sexy costumes IN STORES.

Weird post, OP. 20-somethings obviously shop in the adult costume section -- many of them will be wearing the costume to parties, going out, etc. -- not to ToT with their kids.

And, it's not hard to find a non-sexy costume, truly.
